Wow... that was quick.

All that love and goodness vanished at work. It was probably the worst day there of all time. A real roller coaster of shit. I owned up, made amends, worked hard, stayed late and when all was said and done, it sucked.

Maybe I really do need a shift. I may be standing in the way of not only myself, but others.

Super grateful my pal Tania is coming down. That will be joy and love incarnate. Throw some of the BFF in there and I do believe I will survive the shitstorm that I basically created for myself and have the emotional hangover from. Ugh. Deep breaths..
