What was I thinking?
Having folks over for dinner... should be kinda easy and a slight no-brainer. But after yesterday.. I dunno! All of my plans got thwarted with the Acura literally dying on it's way down to into town to do errands.
That's kind of the ultimate test of how are you doing emotionally. If you can be more or less unemployed, and have your car totally break down, and then find that your back up vehicle has a dead as a doornail battery... and you can sail through and be ok, then you are doing something right. I can't say I am not concerned, but I have nowhere to be until the 8th. The rest is gravy.
The local mobile mechanic helped diagnose the issue, then towed the car back up to the house. It'll get fixed soon. The main thing missing is a few ingredients for the dinner, but I'm just gonna drop back and punt. It'll be fine. I'm more interested in visiting with these pals as they are soon to be moving away from Bisbee and I have really enjoyed their energy and laughter whenever I have gotten to hang with them. It really is all about the energy you put out there... and noticing where the energy is restricted, and cleaning up your shit so the energy can flow to the best of it's ability and then moving forward.
And I am in the final stages of getting Dave's Sonicbids EPK for Deoro together now that he is submitted for SXSW it would be good to juice up his standings with photos, press, video and a calendar.
If I can get this video to upload it'll be done. All good and now on to the housebound lady chores (read:clean your cluttered house!)
